Called Samco out to my house after fighting with a puzzling washer drain issue. Martin and David came out and did some extensive troubleshooting and concluded that the washer was originally designed to drain to a separate location from the main septic system. We discussed the options and concluded that replumbing the washer drain into the main plumbing system was the best course of action. They efficiently performed the work and cleaned everything up. About a month later, one of the new shutoff valves that were installed ended up being faulty. I called Samco again and Martin and David came back out first thing the next morning and replaced this valve for no charge. very happy with the service and professionalism of the team at Samco
