    “Family Owned & Honest”
I have been using Samco for years. They are family owned and honest. Our most recent issue was a clogged pipe and Martin came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed everything for us. He was so professional and did such a great job. I highly recommend them.

“Great communication from tech and easy remote payment option.”
Same day repair of my water softener even though it needed parts. Tech was on-site with in a few hours of my call early AM, diagnosed and repaired before mid-afternoon. Great communication from tech and easy remote payment option.

    “Very Professional!”
The drain for my washing machine clogged because I did something stupid (I washed a small jute rug - don't do that). Martin was very professional and cleared the problem after a couple of runs with the snake and cleaning traps in adjoining sinks. As a homeowner it is not if but when I need plumbing services so when it happens I will be calling Samco Plumbing and I hope they send Martin.

    “Thank you for the advice!”
I called because our apartment got stinky when running the water. I was sure it was coming from our septic tank. I called to schedule a plumber thinking it was a clogged stack. The person on the phone asked if the water itself smelled like rotten eggs. I did not even think that could be a possibility. A quick search on Google and found that the Anode can go bad inside the tank which could lead to bacteria forming which will make the water stink. We replaced the bad anode ourselves for around $40 and avoided a costly visit from a plumber. Thank you for the advice!
